Why when posting a thread to get information out was it closed? - Guild Wars Forums

Can someone please explane why this was done.
When told to talk about it on fan sites why would this mod close my thread?

it was a long rant that attracted more rants and was contributing nothing of value.

as i am waiting for mine as well i am in the same boat and say just quit complaining or leave already.
